This spacious and airy apartment is fully equipped, is surrounded by a lush tropical garden, and sits a few steps from the private beach.

The large living room features a guest bathroom, seating and dining areas,  a fully equipped kitchen with granite stone counters and stainless steel appliances. A washer and drier, a smart TV set, two air conditioning, and ceiling fans in every room complete the amenities of this unit. The roomy bedroom with an ensuite bathroom has a comfortable king-size bed. The wide furnished terrace offers a beautiful view of the garden and a partial view of the ocean.

Cleanliness has always been top of mind for us. But it’s even more critical now. We implemented our sanitizing measures to offer our guests a safe and healthy place where to stay.

Rates include all house charges except electricity: gas, water filtration system (hot and cold), cable TV with international channels, Netflix, unlimited ten mega internet, 24/7 security, poolside BBQ with covered dining area, private parking, back-up generator, concierge service & water bottle delivery.
The rental rate also includes a weekly cleaning service. Extra maid service is available on request at guests' expenses.
Electricity will be billed according to consumption.
