I began my entrepreneurial journey at a young age, founding my first business while still attending university. Over the years, I developed and managed several successful ventures in international trade, retail, and hospitality, including opening a restaurant — a longtime personal goal.

At the same time, I was already involved in vacation rentals, managing family properties in San Felice Circeo, a well-known seaside destination on Italy’s Mediterranean coast. This experience laid the foundation for what would later become my core business.

A trip to the Dominican Republic marked a turning point in my life. Inspired by the lifestyle and opportunities, I decided to relocate to Sosúa and focus entirely on real estate and property management.

Since then, I have built a company that combines professionalism, local expertise, and a personal approach to hospitality. Our growth has been driven by trust, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to both property owners and guests.

After more than fifteen years in the Dominican Republic, I remain personally involved in the business, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and every property is managed with care and dedication.
